Here’s the second hat I knitted yesterday and felted this morning. It’s drying now and should be ready to wear in a few days. I made the brim smaller than the last one and used a another type of wool, which felted a little differently from the first hat I made, but it still turned out fine. This one is a little softer. I used two hanks of Cascade 220 100% Peruvian Highland wool. I’m beginning to be an expert at cowboy hats, now. I can’t believe how fast they knit up. Instant gratification, almost.
That is so cool!
Isn’t it great to have a one-of-a-kind hat? Great job!
