It’s a triumph of you over the sock pattern! It looks fabulous and the lines look just right. Yes, send the first and make sure it fits. The second should be much faster with all you have learned. You are our annetarsia go-to person. Good work.
You won!
Wow. It looks great. What a journey that was!
I feel triumphant until I remember i have to do it all over again… I wish it were a scarf so once done, I’d be DONE.
To be honest what I learned wasn’t really about the technique… it was realizing not all charts starts at the far right and to yank the yarn REALLY tight…lol… You got me to realize how the chart was read and where the BOR was (a problem I wasn’t doing a good job of explaining to anyone because they thought I didn’t understand the loop)… I’m hoping the duplicate and weaving doesn’t make it tight because I made my dad a stockinette sock in the past with same CO amount and same needle size and it fit so ![]()
I hope no one ever asks me about this and I hope to never do it again.
Again - THANK YOU THANK YOU for the help and for letting me vent. ![]()
Best left here. We’ll never tell. Good luck with sock #2 and prepare for requests for others!
