An update on that Japanese knitting cardigan cable project :)

Hi All,
This is an update on my Japanese cable cardigan coat. I ended up just joining some wool and completing the 35 chain, then knitting into that in the next row. I’m kind of into a rhythm now with my cable - but I still forget where I am occasionally and have to backtrack. I think it’s looking pretty good. I’m into the second half of the back now. I have never done so much cable before, so for a first real attempt, I’m happy.

Try an intricate pattern… it’s just one stitch after another… and life lines help.
