Intermediate. Baptismal Gown & Bonnet. Larger picture here. US size 6 needles. It does not state how much yarn is needed. I don’t know how many ounces or anything else. Does any one know how to figure that out?? Edith
Sorry, I don’t see a link to a picture.
Look for a similar pattern in books, on the Internet or on Ravelry and buy the amount listed there, plus a couple of extra balls for safety.
Does the pattern tell you what type of yarn to use, or give you a gauge? If not, I think I would use another pattern.

Can you link to the pattern? It would help us help you. The amount of yarn could vary widely depending on the yarn weight and pattern style.
