Alt rows
Hi all, so confused with this part of the pattern, does it mean after the 4 rows I do a normal row then decrease or do I decrease on the next row as it says " on foll 1(1) alt rows.

Welcome to KH!
After the decreases on the 4 rows work one row without decreases and then decrease on the next row (that would be the alternate row). So you would decrease on rows 1,2,3,4 and then 6.
