Afghan question

Hi,

http://www.lionbrand.com/patterns/90501AD.html?noImages=

I would like to make this afghan which is done in strips, and was wondering if the curling on the sides of the fair isle stockinette square will straighten itself out once it’s sewn to the plain square (all the plain squares are done in seed stitch.) It’s probably a dumb question, but would rather make sure before I begin.

Thanks so much,

Jan

Yes, the seam tames the curl just like on the fronts and back of a sweater when they are sewn together.

Good deal! Thanks so much for your reply. I can start it now with a lot more confidence than I had before.
