Hello! This is my first post and the knitting I know has all been learned from youtube, so I am sorry if I do not explain myself well.
I have just started the Wisp pattern and am about to start the fishnet lace, but I am a little confused by the eyelet rows. The pattern calls for every fifth row to be an eyelet row, with “k2, yo, k2tog, work in pattern to last 4sts, k2tog, yo, k2.” The part I do not understand is the “work in pattern to last 4sts.” What exactly should I be doing between the first four and the last four stitches in the eyelet rows?
Thanks in advance!
ETA: I think that I should be doing whatever part of the pattern I am in minus the first and last four stitches, so eyelet lace or knitting straight through, depending, but I have never done a pattern remotely like this, so I am not very confident!
