I am trying to knit the split collar pullover. I’ve gotten as far as completing the ribbing on the back . Now the instructions say "dec 1(inc 1-dec 1- dec 1- inc 1) st on last WS row. What is this saying?? Any ideas? This is only my second project.

I’m thinking something like
“k2tog (M1, K1, K2tog, K2tog, M1, K1)”
It’s basically telling you to increase and decrease over a series of sts in the same row. Normally, patterns specify which dec or inc method is best. Check out Amy’s videos for incs and dec to see all the varied methods.
