Ok, I did something dumb… I didn’t bookmark places that showed me how to basically do color blocks but instead of stitching them together, just knitting off the main block… am I making sense? Anyone have any links… for the life of me, I can’t find the info again 
You would need to pick up stitches along the edge of a block, but may still need to sew some of the edges together.
Unless you mean entrelac.
Unless you mean intarsia where you knit in one color and change to another color for the next block. If that is what you need see intarsia. I think in Advanced Techniques.
