Addi Turbo's

I bought addi Turbo circular #11 32" to make an Afghan. I cast on my stitches just fine but the stitches twirl all around the wire. I have used circulars before only with the tube. Should the wire addis not be used to knit an afghan?

I read on the back of the addi package that they come in US size 36,47 with plastic tip and transparent tube for afghans. When i read that i thought the wire circulars will not work.

Please tell me the addis i have will knit up just fine i just have to get all the twirls straightened out.

Are you knitting it in the round?

i have knit an afghan an afghan on regular addis with the wire…i don’t like the looks of those tubes! :wink: if you just cast on i would think it will be fine once you get a few rows into it.

I agree – once you’re a few inches in, the weight of the work will keep it from twirling. :smiley:
