Hey y’all, what’s the best way to add a new line of yarn to a section of live stitches? I’ve got stitches on a holder, the top of a pocket, that needs to be picked up and knit in a rib stitch. How/where do I attach the new yarn?

Just put your needles back through the stitches and start knitting. It may be a little loose where you join the yarn, but that can be tightened up when you weave in the tail.
So I don’t have to tie a knot to physically attach the yarn? I just start knitting with a new length? Sweet!
I never use knots anywhere in my knitting unless I absolutely have to.
