? about Magknits Burridge Afghan

I’m helping a poster with this gorgeous afghan and I have a question about it. As you can see from the table below, it shows the layout of panel A. Most of the individual patterns begin on row 1, but the last trinity stitch and the last woven braid say to start on row 3. Why would this be and what are you supposed to do until row 3? I was thinking this was a misprint, but wanted to ask the experts first. TIA!

You just start at row 3. i.e., the first row you do on that pattern will be the third row, next row is 4 then 1 then 2 and so on.

Ooohhhhhhhh. I kept reading it as when you do your row 3, then you start those patterns. Thanks a ton!
