A patter like this?

hi i have seen this on one of the shoping channles and i would like to knit it. has any one see a pattern like this or how would i get the shape?

Kind of reminds me of this pattern from StitchDiva:

sort of a rectangle shape with slits for the arms. You can wear the front just hanging down or toss them over your shoulder for more of a shawl-look. Only yours is longer and lacy-ier. I thinkthere is a little more shaping to the stitchdiva pattern, but I think yours is pretty much a rectangle w/slits for the arms. There are a couple patterns in the new Knit N Style magazine sort of like that.
