I never seem to post my fo’s when I actually finish them
The first is a sun hat that I made for my friend Ashleigh. I found the pattern on Ravelry, but you can also find it here.
I used some Patons BumbleBee I had in my stash and went down a needle size. I also made the I-cord a bit longer so it would be easier to tie.
The second is a baby blanket I made for the same friend. It’s another pattern I found on Ravelry but you can also find it here. I stash busted again and used some Red Heart Fiesta, since it’s a thicker yarn than the pattern suggested, I did one less pattern repeat. It was such an easy pattern for a first time baby blanket. Sorry the color doesn’t show up that well, but it’s white with pastels throughout.
Thanks for looking!
Thanks for sharing, those are great! :yay:
That little is clever and I liked the blanket.
Nice work! The blanket looks very cozy
Aww…the bonnet is so cute and love the blanket! Both nicely done! :yay:
ADORABLE HAT! I am printing the pattern as I type these words! Oy! Such a cutie! Thanks so much for taking time to share the links!
Also, the baby blankie is very nice, and classy, too!
oohh I love the baby. I have a friend with twins that loves knitted hats so I’ll have to get these done before I see them next month
Cute hat and very nice blanket. The pattern is simple but pretty. I am familiar with the Fiesta yarn, I like it. Nice for a blanket. Good work.
Very nice! The blanket looks cozy, that hat is adorable.
The bonnet is adorable and the blanket looks nice and soft, too!
