Ooh fun!
1.) What is your favorite quick project to knit?
Scarves in general, but particularly the pattern you see on certain skeins of Homespun Yarn. You make it with one skein and size 19 needles. This is my go-to project when I need a present.
2.) What is your favorite involved project to knit?
I think the most involved project I’ve knitted so far is an Irish Hiking Scarf. I’m mostly all about the quick. Bulky yarn, big needles, that’s me.
3.) What is your favorite yarn (and application for this yarn)?
Currently, my favorite yarn is Yarn Bee Mosaic Twist. This probably has a lot to do with the fact that it’s been on sale for only $.99 forever. But I really do love it; I think I’ve made about a gazillion garments with it by now. I don’t like straight wool, so this is perfect stuff for me. It has a little of everything.
4.) What are your favorite needles?
Bamboo, definitely.
5.) What is your favorite accessory?
I don’t know if it is technically an accessory, but I got a really nice clear tote bag at Hobby Lobby recently that I love. It was originally $22 but I got it on clearance for $4.85. Boo ya!!
6.) What is your favorite FREE pattern?
I think I’ve made about a billion pairs of these now, with some modifications of my own:
