3 needle bindoff

when doing a 3 needle bindoff is the right side facing? I’m stuck

Depends on the pattern. If you’re doing it with the intention of the seam being on the WS, you’d work with right sides facing (same as when seaming fabric). But sometimes the seam is intended to be decorative, as with a hood, and then it’s worked with wrong sides tog.

Probably with the right sides facing each other if it is the shoulders. It makes a beautiful seaming.
