@ 2 Sleeves in the round simultaneously in 2 colour Brioche

I am knitting a bottom up jumper in 2 colour Brioche and I want to knit the sleeves simultateously. I find that using 4 short cabled circluar needles work well for knitting sleeves in the round but I am battling with keeping the 2 sided effect of the 2 colour brioche. I am getting half the side of each is in opposit colours. There must be a solution but I am coming up empty. Any help, advice or video/written instruction greatly valued. Thanks

This video shows working the two color brioche on a single circular but the same should apply for 2 or 4 circulars. Is this the way you’re working the stitches?

What is the name of your pattern and designer? Is it brioche or half-brioche?
