I have been putting this off forever, but now I have a baby dress and a wrap that must be seamed and I have to get it done today before starting another project. I have watched the video’s but I’m wondering if three is any other advice?

Breathe! I watched my neighbor seaming a baby sweater and she was holding her breath as she went! She was going funny colours!
It’s not as bad as you think it’s going to be and if you’ve watched the video’s your going to be fine. I love seaming I’m going to make another afghan I enjoyed seaming the other one up so much!
I have been knitting for many years and was never happy with my seaming. I watched the video on this site for the mattress seaming and lo and behold, I’ve been doing it wrong for over 30 years… These videos are wonderful. I would suggest having the video up while you begin as a reinforcement.

I was so scared too but having just seamed up a cardi, i have to say, its not that bad. And when you get it right and watch the sts dissapear… that is magic!
