12" circs, size 8--where to find?

Is it just me, or are 12" circs, size 8 hard to come by? I have checked out local stores, and online stores and can’t seem to find one. My pattern is for a scarf/shrug.

does anyone have any suggestions as to where to get one? Thanks!

You may also want to keep your on on this shop. A lot of forum users have ordered from him before and he has GREAT prices. He doesn’t have any 12" US 8s listed right now though.
