Okay, this is my very first (EVER) post! I have been enjoying reading all of the other posts and usually understand the information I need to solve a problem. This time however, I'm still confused.
I am working on my sweater neck edge and have the following instruction:
Shape Neck: Next Row (RS): K27, join another hank of yarn and bid off cenr 9 sts, k to end. (I understand this instruction).....
Working both sides at once, bind off 2 sts at each neck edge 9 times, end on WS.
I did this and have "holes" on the neck edge
I have read posts on this subject and now understand that the bo at each neck edge is actually going to take place over 18 rows, not 9 - correct?
The next question is what will be my best way to frog those last 9 rows with 2 bound off stitches on each row - I have never recovered a bo stitch.
thank you SOOOOO much for any help you can provide:knitting:
