I'm knitting socks in the round with 4 DPNs and the pattern under the heading of Hell Flap says:
Set-up row (WS): Turn, p12.
Now, I think this means that with the wrong side facing me, purl 12 stitches but a couple of questions:
If my knit piece is going clockwise, how do I hold the already cast stitches in my left hand to purl? When I do the hold the already worked piece in my left hand and the working needle in my right, the next stitch I need to make is on the end of the needle closest to my palm
And if i'm purling from the ws isn't that the same as knitting on the right side.
Hope this makes sense
