Hi! I'm usually a lurker here, but I'm jumping in to ask for help now. I'm working on a pair of shorties. I've been doing short rows for a while, so you'd think I'd know what I'm doing, but I guess I don't. :teehee:
So here's my question: I always do fine with the first turn and wrap, but the second one (coming back around) always has such a tight wrap that I can barely knit it, and I always think it look wonky. And it leaves a HUGE loop on the inside. I have a little loop on the first T&W, but not nearly as bad. What am I doing wrong? It feels like the wrap is backward or something, IDK. And is there a way to keep it from making the loops on the inside?
Some pics so ya'll can see what I'm talking about:
This is the bad side... I guess it doesn't look as wonky as I thought it did, but still...
