What are homefries??!! You haven't lived until you've had these oh so tasty treats.
I make them as follows: Cut up as many as I want, usually too many , then throw them in a pot with olive oil, onion powder, paprika and s & p. Cook for 20 minutes, oh, you must use red potatoes for them to cook that fast. Yellows take much longer to cook. Not cool when you need something fast. :pout: Then I add about another pound of salt and I'm good to go. I can't imagine what my salt intake must be. I put it on everything.
Of course who doesn't love their Ice Cream and Chocolate. I figured that went without saying. :teehee:
But this is the food that makes me feel all warm and full on the inside as well as on the outside. Not sure if you know what I mean, but it helped me fall asleep faster with a full tummy!! Now I'm regretting it cause I have no idea how many calories/carbs I put in my mouth last night.
Sigh, I'll have to do double my freakin' lunges today. :pout:
