Well this is the same ol' poncho I was working on a few months ago. And it's been one of those :wall: projects.
This is the pattern at Drops Design:
It should've been the easiest project ever.
I showed it once before and asked this question Why would they tell you to purl one row before binding off? Most people thought coz it would make it not roll.
Well I've had it off the needles 2 TIMES now (and putting 180 stitches back on circulars is a BIG DRAG)
When I did that one row of purl it curled like crazy and I thought, looking at the picture they want it to curl for the look. I didn't like it so I frogged that row and I just tried binding off without the purl row but after just a few stitches I can see it's going to curl anyhow.
Any suggestions? Should I try a rib, like k4, p4 or something.
(but I'm out of the right color yarn!!!!) ahhhhhhhh
Or just be content with the curl? I don't know...
have you ever had a project that just WON'T END? !
