Pattern for the vest is from Oat Couture. Yarn is Knit Picks City Tweed HW. Color shows best on second photo and design elements, i.e., garter stitch edges and braided ties, show up a wee bit better if you click on the photos.
Judy, Beautifully done! Lovely color tweed and excellant work. Enjoy wearing it!
Very nice! :yay:
I've been seeing a lot of the KP City Tweed lately .... It's making me want to go buy some for myself! :teehee:
Nice work Judy! I love the look of that yarn, and that color especially!!
Very nice work! Do we get to see it modeled?
Oooh!!! I love it! I love sweater vests and I love that yarn. Good job!
A great simple vest. So useful in the wardrobe. The color is very nice. It makes me think of "midnight blue" my favorite crayon in the box when I was a girl.
It was made for my daughter who lives away. Will try to have her model for a photo.
Oh I really like this vest! I've used this yarn AND COLOR myself! Isnt' it just great?!!!
I City Tweed yarn! I just downloaded a pattern from Annie's Attic that calls for heavy weight yarn...just have to decide on the color of CT...and add it to my long list of projects.
I PM'd you a while back about this yarn and if I remember correctly you didn't have the lot #. I found some on Ravelry with the same lot #.
Oh I remember now! In the back of my mind there was this niggling hunch it was you! I'm so happy you found your color and correct LOT over at Rav!
Again, I can't say enough about this great vest! Just my cup o' tea!
Our daughter stopped in for a visit this afternoon so I got to take a couple of pictures of her modeling the vest...which she loves!
This is a beautiful vest and the colour is just perfect!Nicely done! TEMA:knitting:
