Hello ladies and occasional gentemen,
How is your knitting going? I have another little thingie done, a vest for my daughter. I hope this spring will eventually come cause otherwise I will have to buy more yarn and make those sleeves longer.
Thanks for looking!
I love your work, Olha! This little vest is perfect, just the way it is! Longer sleeves...they'd be nice...but I love the vest! Perfect for hot weather!
Warm weather will come; meanwhile, don't you dare mess up this darling vest. It's perfect just the way it is!
And what an adorable model, too!
That is just adorable! And I agree, your model is beautiful!
A perfect vest for a beautiful little girl. She looks so sweet and the vest looks sweet on her. If you do the sleeves it will warm up and you'll have to take them off.
Thanks, we are still around 0 C so I am hoping, hoping for "hot" weather.
To Antares: Done!
I think I would go through this excercise just to see some meteorological changes around here. We all, including the beautiful model, were sick for... ever. Today I bemoaned that fact to the doctor asking "when will it end?" to which he replied "Your kids are in school? Then in about 10 years".
I was kind of hoping he would say "As soon as it gets warm".
We actually hope for a good stretch of cold weather down here in the winter (lately we've more than gotten our wish) to kill off all kinds of bugs. Gorgeous vest on a lovely girl. I'd say perfect as is, too.
Oh it is so cute and your daughter is so adorable. We have finally moved into spring here and are having lovely 70 and 80 degree temps everyday. The pollen is outrageous though and the south has such beautiful flowering trees that runny nose is the norm for me. You did a great job on it and I am sure she loves it.
Rainy and cold here too, right now. I LOVE your little pink/blue vest, just as is. She can always put a longer sleeved shirt under it, as the pic shows.
Nice work, lovely gift! It IS fun to knit up something small, isn't it? did you enjoy making it?
To: Thanks, Woodi! Yes, I love making small little things because they move along quickly... and by that I mean no longer than 6 months
Oh! That is too cute!!
Just precious, both the vest and your daughter!
