Hey crafters!! It's been a minute since I have posted. But I just had too because these washcloths are so ubberly soft and cute. Just love them and a free pattern. What more can a girl ask for.
I used Bernat Cottontot and size 7 needles. The pattern is Chinese Wave Washcloth by Margaret K.K. Radcliffe.
Nice colors! But we can't see what the pattern looks like. :teehee:
I have that pattern tucked away. They do look mighty cushy.
Thank you for the pattern. I love knitting dish cloths.
Here is another shot of the cloth. I already sent it to my swap partner, so I could not get another shot. This is a picture of the cloth folded in four and from the top.
Nice! Thanks for posting the link!!
They look great
That's very nice!
Very nice work!I actually saved this pattern myself just a few days ago, you've helped me decide I have to make some.
I have to say that this pattern is one of my favs!! I've made a few dishcloths/ wash rags in the pattern and I even made my cat Abby a cute little blanket that she loves rubbing on and pawing because the wves really make it super cushy!! It was super easy to do for me as a beginner knitter too!!
This is a very nice pattern, and you did a wonderful job!I love the colors you used!
Thanks for the link! I saved this pattern, too!
That is the second dishcloth pattern I ever did and yes, it is a lovely stitch isn't it. The first had a sailboat on it in purls and plain to make it stand out. Great work!
Thank you. I love the look and feel of the cloth. The pattern really surprised me it looks just as good in person as well as in the picture. This will definitely be my go to cloth. I can see many of these made for Christmas and other gifts. But the next one that will be made will be for moi!
Wow you put a design in the cloth. I didn't thank of that.
I love this pattern too - it especially works up really pretty with the variegated yarn. It IS so soft an squishy. Beautiful!
