Stupid question, I know.. but...I have a knitting pattern and it says to end on wrong side. So I am assuming I purl the row (stockinette stitch) and bind off purl-wise. Is that right?
When you end on wrong side, yes you purl the last row. But when you bind off, you'd be binding off on the knit side.
wow. I thought I had to knit the last row and it ended with the purl side facing me and then I had to bind off purl-wise. Never once thought that I had to end with a completed purl row!
If the pattern says end with wrong side, you do the wrong side as the ending row..
Some patterns say "begin with right side facing" for example, then you would start at that point. It can be confusing.
