I am having trouble with the cast on using this yarn. i know it has to be an e cast on:knitting:
Why does it have to be that CO? You can use any of them, the type of yarn doesn't make a difference. Unless its just a couple of stitches, the e or loop CO is hard to knit into and always leaves extra yarn as you knit across the first row.
I agree with Sue. I hate that cast on and never use it other than for a few stitches in the middle of knitting, but sometimes not even then.
I used to use it for bridging the thumb-hole on gloves. But since I know better now and I hate that extra yarn that cast on is history for me.Why or for what project does it have to be the e-cast-on /loop cast on?
What in the world IS the e cast on?
...nevermind...just found it. It's the first one I ever learned.
