Hi, can anyone help please? I am knitting a cardigan and the pattern is by King Cole. I have emailed them on the email address on the pattern but have had no reply.
I am knitting the front left and there is a band up the side where the button will be. I am trying to shape the front slope and the pattern says:
Keeping patt correct dec 1 st inside front band and ribbed panel on 9th and every foll 10th row until 48 sts rem.
Now does this mean I dec 1 st from the front band and 1 from the ribbed panel? Or just 1 st between the band and the panel? it doesn't say at one point to decrease.
And does it mean on the 9th and then the 10th row (and every foll 10th row) or on the 9th and then the foll 10th row?
If anyone can make sense of it I would be grateful.
