You may need to inc some sts after you do the ribbing so the cable pattern fits. That would work because the cables will draw in a little more than the ribbing.
Okay, the scarf is 9 sts, then 16 in k2 p2, then p2 and 9, the cable is 6 sts out of the 9. That takes 38 sts, and if you repeated that twice would be 76. That also puts 2 cables next to each other so you need more k2 p2 between them. Four sts won't be quite enough, but you can cut down a few k2 p2 and make it 12 sts which goes down to 74, then if you add 12 sts of k2 p2 between the repeats that would come out okay at 86 sts.
Row 1 - K9. * (P2. K2) 3 times. P2. K9. and repeat from the *
Row 2 - k9. * (K2. P2) 3 times. K2. P9, repeat
Row 3 - C6F. K3, * P4. (K2. P2) 2 times. P2. K3. C6B, repeat
Row 5 same as R 1,
Row 7 K3. C6B. * P4. (K2. P2) 2 times. P2. C6F. K3, repeat
I think that would work. Or if you want to keep the k2 p2 4 times, then increase to 92 sts after the ribbing. But don't make the ribbing more sts, that may be too large.
