Cautionary note: maybe I did something wrong, but I started the pinwheel baby blanket. Actually I was enjoying it, it was neat! Then I turned it over... all that beautiful stockinette on the front side, and a sea of purl bumps and yarn-overs on the back side... :crying: . I just couldn't stand the back of it. Frogged it and started over. This time I'm doing the Big Bad Baby Blanket from the SnB book. By using just 3 markers, most rows are a section of garter, a section of knit stitches, a section of purl stitches, and a final section of garter. No counting. Best of all, both sides look identical.
I didn't know it, but I guess I wanted a reversible blanket! :rofling:
